1. Scope
This policy describes information practices for the public website at the marketing domain and the authenticated FnF9 application operated by Fn Command.
2. Public website
The public website provides product information (home, features, about, contact, legal pages). It does not require an account. Server and network logs may record standard technical data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability.
3. Application data
The application stores account, society, and operational data needed to provide society management features. Access is limited by authentication and role-based permissions. Society data is isolated by tenant.
4. Authentication
Sign-in uses bearer access tokens and refresh tokens managed by the application. Tokens are stored in the browser for the duration of a session according to application settings.
5. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Fn Command through your society administrator or the support channel provided with your account.
